What you are buying, how access works and what you can expect from us.

Who you are buying from

What you receive

• Fictional practice files and course downloads.
• Access through the Paperwork Freedom learner area.
• Every buyer receives the questions-and-answers replay once it is available.
• Orders placed during either launch week also include attendance at the live help call on Tuesday 1 September 2026. £33 sale-price buyers do not attend the live call.

What you need

A compatible Windows or Mac computer, internet access, a Google account for the demonstrated spreadsheet route and the ChatGPT desktop app with Codex. The recorded course uses ChatGPT Plus, bought separately from OpenAI.

Price and payment

Paperwork Freedom is a one-time purchase. The advertised consumer price includes any VAT we are required to charge. The £22 lowest launch price is available until 11:59pm UK time on Friday 14 August 2026. The £27 second-week launch price then runs until 11:59pm UK time on Friday 21 August 2026. After that, the active sale price is £33. The displayed £225 standard bundle value remains the stated value anchor, not a claim that the new course previously sold for £225.

Immediate digital access

After payment is confirmed, we arrange immediate access to the complete course. The checkout asks you to expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge what this means for any statutory withdrawal right that would otherwise apply. Our separate 14-Day Happy Learner Guarantee still applies.

Your course access

Your login is personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred. You can return whenever you like while Paperwork Freedom remains available, with at least 12 months of access guaranteed from purchase.

Your licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch the course and use its resources for your own work. You may not copy, publish, resell or distribute the videos, downloads, login or a substantial part of the course.

Your responsibility

The course uses fictional examples. You remain responsible for working from safe copies, checking every file and figure, keeping backups and asking a qualified professional when a decision needs tax, accounting or legal expertise.

Refunds and problems

The 14-Day Happy Learner Guarantee lets you request a full refund of the Paperwork Freedom order within 14 days if it is not right for you. It does not replace any legal remedy for faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content.

Support and course changes

We aim to reply to support emails within two UK business days. We may make reasonable changes to keep the course accurate, safe and compatible with current software without removing the main result you bought.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Cyprus law. Consumers keep any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country where they normally live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem promptly.
