Information we use
- Name, email and contact information.
- Order, payment status, invoice, tax and refund information.
- Learner account, access and progress information.

- Technical, security and fraud-prevention events.
- Anonymous website-use statistics, such as pages viewed, referral source, campaign information, country and device type.
- Your marketing and cookie choices.
- Website, email-registration, checkout and advertising events when you accept optional cookies.
We do not receive your full card number. Your payment provider handles it.
Why we use it
We use information to take payment, deliver the course, provide support, keep required records and protect accounts. We use anonymous, cookie-free website statistics to understand which pages and launch links are useful. With your permission, we also use optional measurement to understand visits and sales and improve our website and advertising. Optional marketing email has its own separate choice.
Who helps us
Providers include Vercel for the public website and cookie-free Web Analytics, Kit for optional email registration and marketing, ThriveCart and ThriveAcademy for checkout and learning, Stripe for payments, Proton Mail for support, GoDaddy for domain services and Meta for optional advertising measurement. Google measurement is not currently used.
Your paperwork remains yours
You work with your own files inside your own ChatGPT and Codex setup. FJSOne Ltd does not receive those files unless you deliberately send a specific example to support. Remove information we do not need before sending an attachment.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for delivery, support, security, required business records or a legal claim. Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or an objection, and may withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Similar technologies, including tracking pixels, can record an event without using a traditional cookie.
- Essential: These help run security, checkout, login, course access and remember your cookie choice. They are used where needed to provide the site and service.
- Optional advertising measurement: If you accept, the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API help us understand visits, successful email registrations and verified sales and improve our website and advertising. They record visits to the website, views of Paperwork Freedom, clicks that begin checkout, a Lead only after Kit accepts the registration and a Purchase only after a Paperwork Freedom order is verified.
Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymous website statistics without using cookies or storing information that identifies an individual visitor. It records information such as the page viewed, referral source, campaign information, country, device and browser type. Because it does not use optional cookies, it is not controlled by the optional Meta cookie choice.
Our registration forms also use Vercel BotID as an essential security measure. It invisibly checks technical request and browser signals so the server can reject automated sign-up abuse before an address is sent to Kit. This protection is used to keep the form and mailing list safe, not for advertising.
Meta may set cookies including _fbp and _fbc. Information sent to Meta may include the page visited, referring page, browser or device information, IP address, a Facebook click identifier, campaign information, purchase value or currency and contact matching information for an accepted registration or verified purchase. Email address and first name are normalised and cryptographically hashed before the server sends them to Meta; hashing does not make the data anonymous to Meta.
The website uses the same event name and event ID for the browser and server copy of a Lead or Purchase so Meta can deduplicate them. After an accepted Kit registration, the server may store one encrypted, subscriber-bound attribution proof in a private Kit custom field and a secure first-party cookie for up to eight days. The proof contains no email address or campaign data. If the same email later completes a verified Paperwork Freedom order, the ThriveCart webhook can use that proof to report one Purchase and then erase it from Kit. Meta processes optional measurement under its own Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Optional Meta tracking stays off unless you accept. Declining it will not stop you reading the website, buying Paperwork Freedom or using the course.
Use the Cookie settings button on the Lee J Sykes website to accept, decline or change your choice. The same choice covers the Paperwork Freedom opt-in, sales and thank-you pages. Declining optional measurement does not stop the Kit registration, email delivery, checkout or course access, and no optional Meta browser or server event is sent for that journey. No optional Meta tracking runs inside the ThriveCart checkout. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops future optional events, removes the first-party Meta cookies where they are present and asks Kit to clear the temporary attribution proof. If Kit is temporarily unavailable, that encrypted proof expires by itself within eight days.
Optional marketing email
Order, course-access and support messages are part of providing your purchase. Optional news and offers use a separate choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
